Weeks before shooting began for the adaptation of Jack Kerouac’s classic “On the Road,” in which Kristen Stewart stars, the actress admitted to having some “jitters.”

The “Twilight” babe admitted to being “really nervous, like, honestly and genuinely really nervous about it.”

Yet, at one point during the months of filming, Kristen was able to put the nervousness aside. “It was everything I wanted it to be,” she said. “It exceeded every expectation. It was so much fun. It was wild. We didn’t really know what to expect every day.”

The flick, which also stars Sam Riley, Garret Hedlund, Kirsten Dunst and Amy Adams, is due out sometime in 2011.
